Dellridge Health and Rehabilitation our subacute clinical
services treat clinically complex clients. Our advanced
level of care is physician directed and outcome oriented.
We are staffed 24 hours per day with Registered Nurses,
Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
who are loyal, dedicated professionals.
Our Registered
Dietitian provides nutritional counseling and support,
and we provide a vast array of medical support services
including, pharmacy services, x-ray services and laboratory
services. Additionally, transportation services can be
arranged for offsite physician, diagnostic, or medical
services.
